A respectful directory

PawConnect is a directory and connection platform that helps pet owners discover and contact independent pet carers. These guidelines help keep the platform useful, accurate and respectful for everyone. PawConnect does not employ, supervise, endorse, verify or guarantee any listed carer.

For carers listing a profile

• Keep your profile accurate, current and not misleading.
• Only list qualifications, checks, insurance or experience that you genuinely hold.
• Remember that any information you list is self-supplied and shown to owners as provided.
• Respond to enquiries honestly and communicate clearly about your services and pricing.

For pet owners

• Undertake your own assessment of any carer before engaging them.
• Ask questions, request documents or references, and meet a carer where possible.
• Leave honest, fair reviews based on your genuine experience.

Prohibited conduct

Do not post false, misleading, unlawful, harassing or discriminatory content, impersonate others, or misuse the platform. We may remove listings or content and suspend accounts that breach these guidelines.

Reporting

If you see a listing, review or message that concerns you, report it directly from the relevant profile and our team will review it.
